It doesn't matter if the loss happened last month or ten years ago. It can arrive quietly or hit you like a wave. Sometimes it feels sharp and raw. Other times it sits as a heavy, quiet ache in the background.
Whether you're grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of health, identity, home, or a future you once imagined — grief has its own wisdom and rhythm.
The Through Loss arc was created to offer a safe, spacious, and respectful container for that wisdom to unfold.
What this arc offers
This 6-session journey is not about "getting over" your grief or rushing toward closure. It is about creating room to feel what needs to be felt and honor what was lost — at your own pace, in your own way.
Throughout the arc you will gently explore:
- The different layers of your grief (sadness, anger, guilt, emptiness, relief, longing)
- How the loss lives in your body and daily life
- What remains unfinished or unsaid
- How to carry the love and memories forward while slowly making space for what comes next
Each session is designed to meet you wherever you are — whether you're in the early, intense stages or carrying a quieter, long-term grief.
Why this work matters
Unprocessed grief rarely disappears on its own. It can show up as emotional numbness, exhaustion, irritability, difficulty connecting with others, or the sense that part of you is still stuck in the past.
