That's why we created The Three-Letter Arc — a gentle, structured 3-session journey designed to help you move through resentment, grief, and emotional release at your own pace.
This arc doesn't ask you to forgive anyone. It invites you to write three letters you may never send — each one serving a different purpose in the healing process.
The three letters
01 — Truth Untold
The first letter is raw and unfiltered. Here you write exactly what happened, how it affected you, and what you've never fully expressed. No editing. No softening. No spiritual bypassing.
This is the letter you might never send — but desperately needed to write.
02 — Deeper Layer
The second letter goes beneath the anger and resentment. What did you lose? What did you long for? What grief, sadness, or unmet need has been hiding underneath the surface?
This letter creates space for the more tender emotions that often get buried under rage or numbness.
03 — Release
The third letter is about reclamation. Not "I forgive you" as absolution, but "This is what I'm choosing to release so I can stop carrying it."
This is the letter you might choose to keep for yourself — a quiet declaration of freedom.
